How Do Top Chefs Become Fluent in Flavor?

The series debuted at the Cambridge Science Festival in April 2018 and all videos are now available at Flavor Fluency. We exhibited in collaboration with Tracy Chang at the MIT Museum in July 2017 and with Chang and Pagliarini at the Harvard Food Design event in October 2017. These collaborations led to the creation of a series of videos on ‘How Chefs Think’ that highlighted different approaches to designing with flavor.
